I have been using Moringa Leaf Capsules for about four years now and couldn't live without them. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and find I have great daytime energy and also sleep very well. People often comment on the clarity of my skin and the health of my hair and nails. On the odd occasion I have missed my capsules I have also found my arthritis flares up where it is normally largely under control. I put all this down to Moringa. My friends and I really wanted to try and grow Moringa in Victoria so I bought some seeds. We were not sure if they would grow as it can be very cold in our part of Victoria. However, with a hot house and keeping the seeds inside at night we have germinated plants. Just a few seeds to start incase our plan was not successful, but we have a head start for summer. Now we are going to wait and try growing some in the warmer weather. Very happy growers.
