We endevour to ship our products within 48hrs of being ordered (weekends excluded). Most of the time the orders will go out within a day of you ordering. However, there can be delays from the courier side.
This is why we always send tracking information via your supplied email address so you can see exactly where your moringa is located.
Currently we can ship anywhere in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
Refunds and Returns
As long as the product has not been opened or used, we allow returns and refunds on purchases made. These must be within a week of ordering due to Moringa being a consumable. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Once the returned product has been received, the refund will be issued via the Shopify platform which normally takes a few days to clear into your account.
