Refunds & Returns
Refunds can be made as long as the package has not been opened. The customer will be responsible for return postage if the package has already left the office. Packages are normally shipped out within 24 hours, on the rare occasion it can be 48 hours. Refunds will not be given if the item has been opened or used. Refunds are not permitted after 10 days from purchase as this item is a perishable. Refunds will be issues once the item in question has been delivered to the provided address.
If there is an issue with postage times or Australia post this will be handled case by case with Australian post and Moringa Products.
Change of mind returns are permitted as long as it is within 10 days of the purchase from moringaproducts.com.au. The item must not have been opened for a refund to be eligible. Any opened product is void of refunds unless the contents are spoiled.
Returns must be posted to the address provided via email and refunds will be issued once the product is returned.
If the product for some reason has spoiled when you open it (this should never happen) then we will offer a refund or replacement straight away. We just require a picture of the spoiled contents sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
