It was suggested I take Moringa to help with pain and general 'soreness' from high inflammation levels. Since taking your Moringa capules I have noticed a remarkable decrease in aches and pains. I have been using Moringa Leaf Capsules for about four years now and couldn't live without them. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and find I have great daytime energy and also sleep very well.
