I have only been using this oil for a couple of weeks, so it’s a little early to see big changes to my skin yet! I decided to use it at night to replace my usual moisturiser and find that 1 pump dispensed is enough to massage into my face, neck, décolletage & back of hands! The oil consistency is “thick”, yet quickly absorbs into skin & no greasy/oil feeling - just nicely moisturised! Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo: How Much Should I use?
How much to use and when will definitely be different for each individual use. Daily use of the product is recommended however it can cause dryness of the scalp in certain individuals so if you fall into this category it is much better used as a companion shampoo.
We like to use our ACVS as a companion product with our favourite shampoos such as our Onion Shampoo. If you are finding continual daily use leading to dryness of the scalp, it will be due to its acidic nature, so it is best used as a companion shampoo every few days to get the most out of your Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo. Simply squeeze the desired amount from the pump bottle and gently massage into your hair. Let it set for a short time and rinse off with warm water.
